John Chatas, MD, MPH, FIPP

Dr. Chatas has been caring for pain patients for more than 30 years in southeast Michigan after graduating from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1987 and completing his Anesthesiology residency at U of M in 1991.

Board certified in both Pain Management and Interventional Pain Management, Dr. Chatas specializes in diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of pain conditions of the spine, joints, and muscles as well as rheumatoid arthritis and CRPS.

Dr. Chatas believes careful listening to patients’ history helps him diagnose the root cause of their pain, for more effective treatment plans.
